Fat Free Vegan Cheese

This cheese is great for pouring over noodles, brocoli or whatever you need cheese on!

2 cups Boiled potatoes

1/2 cup Nutritional yeast

1/2 cup Oat Milk (maybe more)

1 lemon (juiced)

1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper

Salt and Pepper to taste

Toss all ingredients into a blender of a food processor. Blend until creamy. Depending on the size of your potatoes you may need to add more or less oat milk.
